Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 400 ml juice (carrot juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the mango and slice the flesh, removing the stone. Set aside one slice for garnish. Finely chop the remaining flesh and place it in a blender. Peel and grate the ginger, then add it to the blender along with the olive oil, lime juice, and carrot juice. Blend everything until smooth and fill two glasses. Cut the reserved mango slice into wedges and use them to decorate the glasses.
