Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g chicken or pork strips
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 point rice
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- some olive oil for frying
Instructions

Cut the meat into thin strips. Clean and finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Deseed and slice the bell peppers into strips. Clean the leek and slice into rings. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and drain well. Sear the meat in a little hot olive oil. Add the bell pepper strips and fry briefly, then add the leek rings. In the meantime, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Add the Chinese cabbage to the meat and vegetable pan. Stir-fry and gradually season with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the spices. Turn off the heat and add the cooked rice. Stir everything well and serve hot. Tip: If you like, you can marinate the meat for about 30 minutes in a mixture of white wine vinegar, soy sauce, and a little oil. Pat it dry before searing.
