Mango Cheese Quark Cake
The perfect mango cheese quark cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 200 gr Spoon bisquit
- 150 g Butter

- 2 cans a`40 g Mango
- 2 pck. Lemon jelly
- 200 ml. Water
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 250 g Quark
- 265 g Cream cheese philadelphia
- 400 ml. Cream
- 6 tbsp Sugar

- 6 pcs. Spoon bisquit
ground
- Put a spoonful of bisquit in a freezer bag and crumble it with a rolling pin or meat mallet. Mix the crumbs with the butter at room temperature and place in a greased springform pan (28 cm) and press flat with your hands. Put in the refrigerator.

- Prepare the god’s dish with 200ml water and the sugar according to the instructions. Whip the cream until stiff.
- Mix the quark, cream cheese and sugar well with the dish of the gods. Fold in the cream. put the curd mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Pour off the juice from the mangos and allow to drain well. Spread on the cake base.
- Put the quark mixture on the mangoes after half an hour of cooling. Crumble the spoon bisquits and sprinkle them on the cake.
- at least 5 hours put in the fridge, run a knife along the springform pan and remove the ring from the cake.
