Mango Cheese Quark Cake

  • 200 gr Spoon bisquit
  • 150 g Butter

covering

  • 2 cans a`40 g Mango
  • 2 pck. Lemon jelly
  • 200 ml. Water
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 g Quark
  • 265 g Cream cheese philadelphia
  • 400 ml. Cream
  • 6 tbsp Sugar

topping

  • 6 pcs. Spoon bisquit

  1. Put a spoonful of bisquit in a freezer bag and crumble it with a rolling pin or meat mallet. Mix the crumbs with the butter at room temperature and place in a greased springform pan (28 cm) and press flat with your hands. Put in the refrigerator.

covering

  1. Prepare the god’s dish with 200ml water and the sugar according to the instructions. Whip the cream until stiff.
  2. Mix the quark, cream cheese and sugar well with the dish of the gods. Fold in the cream. put the curd mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Pour off the juice from the mangos and allow to drain well. Spread on the cake base.
  4. Put the quark mixture on the mangoes after half an hour of cooling. Crumble the spoon bisquits and sprinkle them on the cake.
  5. at least 5 hours put in the fridge, run a knife along the springform pan and remove the ring from the cake.
