  • 700 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 80 g sunflower oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 handful of sugar-free spelt flakes
  • Oil for the mold

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit). First, blend the mango flesh with the low-fat quark until creamy. Gradually add the cream cheese, oil, and eggs. Choose a standard springform pan. Lightly grease it with oil and sprinkle the spelt flakes over it, ensuring the bottom is covered. Slowly pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan. Bake for 60 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit).
