Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized chicken fillet(s)
- 1 mango(s), soft
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup rice
- Salt
- pepper
- curry

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
easy and fast
Cook the rice as usual. Add a little oil to a pan and fry the chopped onion and the finely chopped chicken. Sauté the diced bell peppers and add the cream after about 2 minutes. Bring everything to a boil, then add the chopped mango and cook for a maximum of 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
