Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 15 Habanero peppers
- 2 cans of mangoes
- 3 cm ginger
- 10 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 200 ml water
- 300 ml passion fruit juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp salt
- n. B. Herbs, Italian, e.g. thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano,
- n. B. Pfeffer

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
vegetarian, with grilled food and pizza, makes approx. 12 glasses or bottles of 150 ml each
Finely dice the onion, garlic, and carrots and fry with the sugar for about 5 minutes until caramelized. Chop the habanero peppers and add them. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour. Then puree and pour into hot, rinsed jars or bottles. This amount is enough for about twelve 150 ml bottles.
