- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 1 nectarine(s), peeled
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- ½ lime(s) or lemon
- 125 g low-fat yogurt

Peel the mango and finely chop the flesh. Finely chop the skinned nectarine. Tear the mint leaves into small pieces. Then blend the mango, nectarine, mint, honey, lemon juice, and yogurt with an immersion blender or puree in a food processor. Place in the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes, then enjoy or pour into ice cream molds and freeze.
