Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ mango(s), ripe
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 200 ml kefir, 1.5%
- 100 ml milk, 1.5%
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- some agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and slice the mango, then peel and slice the banana. Blend the mango and banana with lemon juice, kefir, and milk. If you like it sweeter, add agave syrup to taste. Makes 2 large servings or 3 small servings.
