- 1 Pc. Freshly diced mango
- 1 Pc. Pink grapefruit
- 1 Pc. Oranges
- 2 Rods Fresh rhubarb
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 bag Gelfix 1: 3
- 350 g Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon balm fresh
- Cut the rhubarb into pieces without peeling.
- Cut the mango along the core, separate into pieces, peel off the inside out. Squeeze the fruits, wash the lemon balm and cut into small pieces.
- Stir in GelFix + stir in sugar. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Bring everything to the boil, then continue cooking. Make a gel test.
- Pour hot into glasses, screw on briefly, turn after 5 minutes. 1 year shelf life!
