  • 1 Pc. Freshly diced mango
  • 1 Pc. Pink grapefruit
  • 1 Pc. Oranges
  • 2 Rods Fresh rhubarb
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 bag Gelfix 1: 3
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon balm fresh
  1. Cut the rhubarb into pieces without peeling.
  2. Cut the mango along the core, separate into pieces, peel off the inside out. Squeeze the fruits, wash the lemon balm and cut into small pieces.
  3. Stir in GelFix + stir in sugar. Let stand for about 30 minutes.
  4. Bring everything to the boil, then continue cooking. Make a gel test.
  5. Pour hot into glasses, screw on briefly, turn after 5 minutes. 1 year shelf life!
