- 200 g rice (sticky rice, Q Rice)
- 200 ml light coconut milk
- 200 ml water for boiling
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 pinch of salt

Sticky rice with mango
Cook the rice according to the instructions. For Q Rice, you need one cup of water for every cup of rice. The good thing about Q Rice is that you don’t have to wash it beforehand. While the rice is cooking, you can cut the mango into small pieces or strips. You can also bring the coconut milk to a simmer on medium heat. Make sure you stir the milk constantly, otherwise it will curdle. Add the sweetener and salt as needed and remove the pot from the heat. Then pour about 200 ml of the coconut milk over the warm rice and mix the two ingredients in the pot. Let the rice sit for about five minutes until it reaches a sticky and creamy consistency. Arrange the rice and mango on a plate and pour the remaining coconut milk over the rice. 458 kcal per serving.
