Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g wholemeal flour
- 100 g wheat flour

First, chop and mash the bananas or puree them. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix the mixture into a batter. Brush the baking pan with a little oil (or coconut oil) and pour the batter into the pan. Bake the banana bread in a 180°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven for 45-50 minutes.
