- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 heaped tsp Ajvar
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preparation:
- Cook basmati rice in plenty of salted water ... drain and keep warm ...
- Rinse the turkey meat, pat dry and cut into strips ... Halve and core the paprika, clean the zucchini and the sugar pea pods ... Wash the vegetables ... Cut the paprika and zucchini into strips ... Halve the sugar pea pods ... Peel the mango and onion .... Cut the onion into small cubes ... Cut the mango from the stone and also cut into cubes ...
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan .... sprinkle the turkey strips with paprika and pepper .... fry vigorously for 3-4 minutes ... remove ...
