Ingredients
 

  • 140 g Basmati rice
  • 250 g Turkey meat
  • 1 Red Pepper fresh
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 150 g Sweet pea pods
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 heaped tsp Ajvar
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Cook basmati rice in plenty of salted water ... drain and keep warm ...
  • Rinse the turkey meat, pat dry and cut into strips ... Halve and core the paprika, clean the zucchini and the sugar pea pods ... Wash the vegetables ... Cut the paprika and zucchini into strips ... Halve the sugar pea pods ... Peel the mango and onion .... Cut the onion into small cubes ... Cut the mango from the stone and also cut into cubes ...
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan .... sprinkle the turkey strips with paprika and pepper .... fry vigorously for 3-4 minutes ... remove ...
  • Fry the paprika strips and onions in the roasting set, season with salt and pepper .... deglaze with the stock and stir in the ajvar ... simmer for about 8-10 minutes .... fold in the zucchini strips and sugar pea pods after about 5 minutes and cook too ... add mango cubes and let simmer for 1-2 minutes ... finally fold in the rice ... heat up briefly ... done ... serve on plate ... enjoy your meal
