Mangold gratin with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chard
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • Butter or oil
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • herbs, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 50 g Parmesan or other cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blanch the chard leaves. Finely chop the chard stems and onion and saute in heated butter or oil until translucent. Add the crushed garlic, chopped herbs, and chopped mushrooms and fry briefly. Stir in the beaten eggs and mix with the chard leaves. Grease a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and pour the chard mixture into the dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
