Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 375 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- Fat, for the glasses
- Breadcrumbs, for the glasses
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Amount of dough sufficient for 6 glasses of 440 ml each
Mix all ingredients into a batter. Divide the batter into 3 portions. Combine one-third of the batter with 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of milk. Grease and crumble tumblers, and fill with batter, alternating between light and dark colors. Do not fill the jars completely; use approximately 220g of batter per 440ml jar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 45 minutes using top and bottom heat. Do the toothpick test. Remove the jars from the oven and immediately seal with the twist-off lids.
