Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 ml dough (Hermann basic dough)
- 325 g wheat flour type 405
- 150 g sugar
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 ml oil
- 4 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
- n. B. Rum flavor
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes
for the utilization of Hermann children
Combine all ingredients except milk, yogurt, and cocoa powder in a smooth batter, adding rum flavoring if desired. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan, such as a Bundt pan or springform pan. Mix the other half of the batter with cocoa powder, milk, and yogurt until smooth and pour over the light-colored batter. Marble with a fork and bake in the oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 50-60 minutes. Don’t forget to do the toothpick test! Let it cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before turning it out.
