Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages, Vienna, cut into wheels
  • 4 onions, red, peeled, cut into fine rings
  • 4 apples, remove core and cut into cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp tomato paste, triple concentrated
  • 200 ml cream, liquid
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

I liked to eat as a child

Heat the margarine in a casserole dish. Add the sausages to the pot and brown them. Add the onion and simmer. Add the apples and tomatoes. Briefly roast the teaspoon of tomato paste and deglaze with the cream. Season and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
