Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Health liqueur, my own creation and an attempt to use these flowers for liqueurs!

Let the fresh marigolds dry for a few hours. Wash the orange and brush it under hot water. Then slice it and place it in a lidded infusion jar with the marigolds. Add the vodka, sugar, and spices. Seal the jar and place it on a windowsill for about 3 months. Shake occasionally to dissolve the sugar. The longer the infusion sits, the more intense it becomes. Then strain and bottle. Let it stand for at least 4 weeks before enjoying.
