Strawberry liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg strawberries, fresh
  • 200 ml lemon juice
  • 500 g sugar
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 bottle of white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hull and puree the strawberries. Meanwhile, heat the water and sugar until dissolved. Then mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared bottles. It tastes best served ice-cold or in a glass of sparkling wine.
