Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ tsp salt, approx.
- ½ tsp pepper, approx.
- ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet, approx.
- some paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp oregano, approx.
- ½ tsp marjoram, approx.
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml oil
- n. B. poultry meat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes
Blend all ingredients except the meat with a hand blender, adding a little more seasoning if desired. If it’s too spicy for you, simply add a little oil. Pour the marinade over the meat and mix. Marinate for 2-3 hours, drain well, and then fry in a dry pan until golden brown.
