Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese
- 50 ml Cream 10% fat
- 0,5 tbsp Mustard, homemade according to Oma62
- 0,5 tsp Dried basil
- 0,5 tsp Maggi herb
- 0,5 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Pepper and salt
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- I didn't want to make mayonnaise and I didn't have yogurt or sour cream at home. That's when the idea of the processed cheese came to me and I was really surprised by the result.
- Mix all ingredients into a sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
