Ingredients
For the marinade:
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 Garlic pressed and chopped
- 0,5 tbsp Pepper colored a.d. Mill
- Quite a few splashes of Tabasco
- 0,5 KL Dried rosemary
- 0,5 KL Dried oregano and finely grated in a mortar
Instructions
- Marinate the meat, cover with cling film (see photo) and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, fry the marinated lamb slices in ceramic-coated pans over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
- Serve on preheated plates, including side dishes as desired - I had finely prepared beans and fried potatoes (see photo) as well as a glass of good wine. Cheers, meal!
