Marinated Leg of Lamb in Slices

The perfect marinated leg of lamb in slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the marinade:

  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Garlic pressed and chopped
  • 0,5 tbsp Pepper colored a.d. Mill
  • Quite a few splashes of Tabasco
  • 0,5 KL Dried rosemary
  • 0,5 KL Dried oregano and finely grated in a mortar
  1. Marinate the meat, cover with cling film (see photo) and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  1. The next day, fry the marinated lamb slices in ceramic-coated pans over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
  1. Serve on preheated plates, including side dishes as desired – I had finely prepared beans and fried potatoes (see photo) as well as a glass of good wine. Cheers, meal!
