- 300 g Egg noodles
- 600 g Lamb
- 800 g Canned tomatoes chopped
- 1 Diced onion
- 5 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Carrot, peeled and finely diced.
- 200 ml Red wine
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 500 g Green beans freshly cleaned and chopped
- 80 g Smoked bacon streaked
- 1 tbsp Savory spice
- 1 tbsp Rosemary spice
- 1 tbsp Thyme spice
- 1 Msp Chili
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- For the marinade, mix the oil, red wine, garlic, onions, rosemary, thyme, pepper, chilli together and marinate the sliced meat in a suitable container or sealable bag in the KS for 24 hours.
- Cut the meat into small pieces. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes and the bacon, sauté the tomatoes with the juice, the beans and the carrot, pour on the marinade. Salt and pepper, add the savory and about 30 -. Let simmer for 40 minutes.
