Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 red bell peppers
- Vinegar (wine vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Clean the peppers and quarter them lengthwise along the seams. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil and simmer until the peppers are completely soft. Meanwhile, finely slice the garlic cloves and set aside. Season the sautéed peppers with salt and pepper, then drain them with the wine vinegar and let them stand for a few more minutes. Remove the peppers from the pan and mix them with the garlic in a bowl. Let them stand overnight.
