Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta, flat
- 4 tbsp sherry
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 chicken fillets
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, slice the carrots into thin strips and slice the leek into rings. Heat 4 tablespoons of peanut oil in a pan, add the leek and carrots. When the vegetables are almost tender, add the bean sprouts. Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces, coat them in cornstarch, and add them to the pan. When the chicken fillets are cooked, add the cooled noodles. Pour the sherry and soy sauce over them and mix everything together. Tip: Sprinkle fried onions on top of the cooked noodles.
