Marinated Peppers
The perfect marinated peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 Peppers yellow
- 1 Green peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 20 Rosemary needles
- 10 Sage leaves
- 20 Oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon Freshly chopped thyme
- 1 Dried chilli
- Salt
- 5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Clementine
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic date
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
- Peel the peppers with a peeler. Halve and core and cut into strips. Bake in a preheated oven at around 220 ° for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, make the marinade. Chop the herbs and chilli. Squeeze the clementines. Whisk these ingredients with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Put the peppers in a suitable container and add a little salt. Add the marinade. Seal and let steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
