Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 small Peas and carrots a.d. Can (mini can)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Fish sauce to taste
  • Salt (fleur de sel) to taste
  • Pepper a.d. M. to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Grated mozzarella to taste
  • 2 Pc. Peppers
  • Casserole dishes 2 pcs.

Instructions

  • Switch on the oven to 160 ° convection, middle rail
  • Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and place them in the casserole dish. Mix in the minced meat, diced onion, egg, half of the peas and carrots (drained beforehand), season with soy sauce and this fish sauce (used for the first time and found to be great) to taste. Be careful with salt because the sauces are salty anyway. Now fill the pods, put the cheese on top and put it in the oven.
  • Since every stove heats a little differently, it's better to have a look. Yes, and when the doorbell rings, enjoy your meal.
