Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g salmon fillet(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- ¼ tsp paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the salmon into four equal-sized fillets (or buy ready-made). For the marinade, wash the lemon, zest, and squeeze the juice. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Brush the mixture onto the fillets. Cook the salmon fillets in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 200°C.
