Marinated tofu skewers

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 800g tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the tofu into 24 pieces and arrange them on 8 wooden skewers. Use three tofu pieces per skewer. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour a little soy sauce over them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. The skewers are delicious hot or cold.
