Marinated Turkey Breast Steaks from Butcher with Pieces of Leek

- 4 Turkey breast steaks
- Potatoes from the previous day
- 4 Leek sticks young
- Salt, nutmeg, a little butter, a little oil to fry
- 1st leek: Make an oblong cut, remove the outer leaves, cut off the end. Cut into 4-5 cm. Rinse thoroughly and add 1 1/2 cups of water, salt and nutmeg to the leeks with a little water. 18 min. Simmer. Let the potatoes from the previous day get hot with cold water.
