Ingredients
Classic leek vegetables
- 4 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 Garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- Mayoran, sage very finely weighed
- Salt pepper
- 3 Leek sticks
- 2 Stitch butter
- 2 tbsp Tap water, that's all, the leek makes enough juice
- Salt, nutmeg
- 3 Cocktail tomatoes
Instructions
- Put the steaks with all the ingredients in a bag and close tightly. Massage all around and marinate in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours. Remove. Heat the pan and sear the steaks on both sides, then continue frying on a low level. Fry 3 tomatoes.
- Prepare the boiled potatoes.
- Remove the 2 outer shells from the leek. Cut into slices and wash thoroughly. Simmer the poree with 2 tablespoons of water, butter and salt until crisp. Drain and add some butter. Seasoning afterwards
- Now arrange deliciously on a plate. Good Appetite
