Marinated Turkey Breast Steaks, Spicy with Leek Vegetables and Boiled Potatoes

The perfect marinated turkey breast steaks, spicy with leek vegetables and boiled potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Classic leek vegetables

  • 4 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Mayoran, sage very finely weighed
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 Leek sticks
  • 2 Stitch butter
  • 2 tbsp Tap water, that’s all, the leek makes enough juice
  • Salt, nutmeg
  • 3 Cocktail tomatoes
  1. Put the steaks with all the ingredients in a bag and close tightly. Massage all around and marinate in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours. Remove. Heat the pan and sear the steaks on both sides, then continue frying on a low level. Fry 3 tomatoes.
  2. Prepare the boiled potatoes.
  3. Remove the 2 outer shells from the leek. Cut into slices and wash thoroughly. Simmer the poree with 2 tablespoons of water, butter and salt until crisp. Drain and add some butter. Seasoning afterwards
  4. Now arrange deliciously on a plate. Good Appetite
