Marinated turkey strips for your salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp, leveled sugar
  • ½ tsp sautéed coriander
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp, leveled sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper, mixed from the mill

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the turkey or chicken breast fillets, pat dry, cut into thin strips, and place in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, coriander, salt, and sambal oelek and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then place in a hot, nonstick pan and cook over relatively high heat until the liquid has evaporated or been absorbed. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until light brown spots appear, meaning the meat is slightly crispy. Remove from the heat, toss with pepper and paprika, and serve on your salad.
