Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 zucchini
- 3 garlic cloves
- some balsamic vinegar
- some oil for marinating
- 4 tsp broth, granulated
- Salt
- 3 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 35 minutes
Thinly slice the zucchini and season with salt. Fry the zucchini slices in a pan with oil until lightly browned. Layer the fried zucchini slices in a small baking dish. First, add a layer of zucchini, then a little garlic, then a drizzle of oil, a dash of balsamic vinegar, and a heaped teaspoon of granulated stock. Continue stacking several layers in the baking dish in this manner. Let the marinated zucchini marinate overnight. I serve it with grilled dishes.
