Mixture of dumplings and potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut into sticks, and boil in salted water. Make a thick batter from the eggs, flour, and water, season with salt, pepper, Maggi, and nutmeg. Let it stand for half an hour. Add the batter, teaspoonful at a time, to boiling salted water and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Chop the jerked beef, brown it in a pan, and add the cream. Add the parsley and season with pepper and nutmeg. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little milk or some of the cooking water. Combine the potatoes and the mixture in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
