Marzipan Chili Angel

- 200 g Room temperature butter
- 200 g Marzipan raw mass
- 190 g Grated nuts
- 10 g Chia seeds
- 60 g Sifted icing sugar
- 2 Pc. Yolk
- 1 packet Tartar powder
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 2 g Chilli powder
- Beat the butter and sugar for a few minutes until frothy. Stir the yolks into the mixture and rub the marzipan into the bowl with a larger grater. Mix the flour, nuts, chia seeds, tartar powder and chilli powder in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and add the rum.
- Now the whole thing is kneaded into a smooth dough, this is wrapped in cling film and placed in the ice box to rest for 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a baking sheet with paper. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out angels. Place this on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
