Blueberry and Nectarine Smoothie
The perfect blueberry and nectarine smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Blueberries fresh
- 1 piece Fresh nectarine
- 1 piece Lemon fresh
- 5 leaf Chopped mint
- 2 tablespoon Oatmeal
- 150 g Low fat yogurt
- 100 ml Fruit tea (drink)
- 1 Bullet Lemon sorbet
- Wash the fruits, put the blueberries, nectarine in small pieces in the blender, gradually add the lemon juice and all other ingredients and stir to a creamy liquid.
- Divide between two glasses and enjoy 🙂
