- 200 g marzipan
- 200 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 100 g cornstarch
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Crumble the marzipan and add it. Mix well, then mix in the egg. Add the flour, cornstarch, flavoring, and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Pipe the dough onto the sheets using a piping bag fitted with a medium star nozzle. This will make enough for about 50 cookies, depending on the size. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 10-12 minutes. The cookies should only be lightly browned. They will be soft straight out of baking but will become firm or crumbly once they have cooled. Tip: Decorate the cookies with milk or dark chocolate coating, if desired.
