Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 125 g butter, room temperature
- 100 g cane sugar, 50% more if needed
- 150 g marzipan, finely grated
- 1 egg(s), size M
- ½ tsp baking powder
- n. B. Sugar granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out stars. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 8-10 minutes.
