Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g Low fat quark
- 2 tbsp Lemon fruit juice
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Pc. Fresh mango
- 125 g Blueberry fresh
- 1 Pc. Kiwi fresh
- 18 piece Chocolate sticks
Instructions
- Mix the mascarpone with the quark, add lemon juice and sugar to taste. Whip the cream until it is lightly stiff and fold it into the quark mixture. Peel the mango and kiwi and cut into pieces, wash the blueberries. Distribute the mascarpone cream in bowls or glasses, arrange the fruits on top of the cream. Skewer chocolate sticks into the cream and serve.
