Mascarpone Strawberry Roll
The perfect mascarpone strawberry roll recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 1 pack Biscuit Dough
- 3 piece Eggs
- 5 tbsp Water
filling
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 50 g Cream cheese
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 30 g Sugar
- 100 ml Whipped cream
- 250 ml Pureed strawberries
- I always buy the strawberries in season, puree them and freeze them in portions.
dough
- Bake the dough according to the instructions on the package (200 ° C top / bottom heat, 15 min), roll it up with a kitchen towel and let it cool down a little.
filling
- While the dough is in the oven, prepare the filling: stir the mascarpone, cream cheese, vanilla sugar and sugar by hand until smooth. Then stir in the pureed strawberries.
- Whip the cream and fold into the cream.
Assemble
