  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod (pulp only)
  • 25 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Butter for the mold

Mascarpone cream

  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 125 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • Strawberries for decoration
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the heart baking pan. Coarsely chop the chocolate, melt it with the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the orange juice.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Slit the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp, add to the egg mixture with the chocolate mixture, flour and salt and stir everything well. Pour the batter into the mold. Bake in the oven (center) for about 20-25 minutes. Take out, let cool down.
