Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g sweet potatoes
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Milk
- orange juice
- salt and pepper

Mixed Whipped Potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes, potatoes, and carrots and cut them into small pieces. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (add a little stock or stock powder, if you like). Once boiling, add the sweet potatoes, potatoes, and carrots and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, until very soft. Drain the water and let everything drain well in a sieve. Then return it to the pot, add 1-2 tablespoons of butter, and mash everything into a paste. Add a dash of orange juice and a dash of milk, depending on the consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
