- 200 ml milk
- 1 g Matcha tea
- 1 tbsp agave syrup

Mix the matcha tea with 2 tablespoons of milk in a cup until smooth. Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a tall container. Add the milk, agave syrup, and the mixed matcha powder. Blend until smooth using a hand blender. Depending on how sweet you want the shake to be, you can vary the amount of agave syrup. For a mild flavor, use only 1 g of matcha tea; for a stronger, more bitter taste, use 2 g.
