Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), light or another plant milk
  • ½ tsp, leveled matcha powder
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 drops of Stevia

Instructions

Froth the soy, almond, or lupin milk in a milk frother with 2-3 drops of stevia. If you don’t have one, you can also use a handheld frother. Bring the water for the tea to a boil and whisk the matcha powder with a bamboo whisk until frothy. First, pour the milk into a cup, then pour in the tea, and top with a few matcha crumbs. 30 kcal per serving.
