  • 250 ml Cremefine, 7% or 15%
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • Fondor

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the Maultaschen in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the Cremefine and milk together. Whisk in the tomato paste and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with Fondor to taste. Serve the Maultaschen with the sauce. Serve with a green salad or tomato salad.
