Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of Maultasche(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Sauté the onions and garlic in a pan. Add the sliced Maultaschen and fry. Add the sour cream and tomatoes and stir to combine. Bring to a boil briefly. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
