Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g Maultasche(s) from the refrigerated section
- 2 carrots
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp oregano
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and slice the carrots. Cut the Maultaschen into strips. Place the Maultaschen, carrots, and frozen peas in the Omnia oven. Mix the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Pour the egg wash over the Maultaschen and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at medium heat for 35 minutes. Tip: Can also be prepared in a casserole dish and baked in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
