  1. Yes, when time is really tight, I have Sunday Maultaschen in strong beef soup **. I always have the basic soup I have cooked in the freezer in useful portions. I like to put them in the fridge to defrost the evening before or leave the defrosting to the microwave – it does it in minutes.
