Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 Maultaschen
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ tsp broth, granulated
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar bianco
- 200 ml cream
Instructions

a slightly different way of eating Maultaschen
Dice the onion and tomatoes. Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the tomatoes and sizzle for 2 minutes. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and season with granulated stock. Add the Maultaschen (ravioli) and cream. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. We like to serve it with baguette.
