Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tsp clarified butter
  • 2 slice(s) pork neck, pork neck
  • 2 slices of bread (mixed bread)
  • 400 g lecho
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Season the pork steaks with pepper and salt and fry them on both sides until cooked through (you can also grill them). Meanwhile, heat the lecho in a pot and fry two single fried eggs in a second pan. Serve the grilled appetizer as follows: Place a slice of bread in the center of the plate and place the fried pork steak on top. Spread approximately 200g of the hot lecho with the lecho sauce over the steak and finish with the fried egg. The grilled appetizer is ready. If you like, you can also add a teaspoon of creamed horseradish.
