  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 2 Maultaschen
  • 4 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious, light summer dish

Chop and fry the onions. Cut the Maultaschen into strips and add them to the pan. Quarter the mushrooms and dice the zucchini. Sauté everything together. Season, then deglaze with water and simmer for a while. Season again to taste. Cut the basil into strips and garnish the dish with them. Tip: It tastes best when the zucchini and mushrooms still have a bit of a bite.
